Came all the way to Georgia to make chicken pho and was able to take a few pictures for a cookbook I’m doing for my mom. I make this all the time, but for some reason, it’s the hardest for me to take pictures of it. This is very basic but it was so delicious and my heart was happy. Maybe meant to be. :) Miss her.

It was not the easiest place to get to…but totally worth it. First time staying in a YURT and it was beyond my expectations. An ARTIST created this place, believe me. :) Didn’t see a single soul the whole time but woke up early one morning and saw a mama moose and her twins. Only time I extended my vacation for an AirBnB. P.S. This place had the coolest outhouse too (last two pictures) – can’t believe I said that. :)))
